Our take
The UPERFECT 23.8-inch monitor offers a nice balance of size and performance. The 100Hz refresh rate (note: title says 120Hz, but specs say 100Hz) provides smoother motion than standard 60Hz, and the 3ms response time is responsive. The IPS panel has good colors, but the 300 cd/m² brightness is on the lower side. It's a solid choice for console gaming or as a desktop monitor.
